VANDOCUMENT is known for featuring the creative work of others. This time one of our own contributors, photographer Christopher Edmonstone, has been working on an ambitious portrait project called #ArtistAtHome for the past four months.

Having shot concert photography for years in Vancouver, he has gotten to know some of the best performers in the city. With these personal connections, he has been given virtually unlimited access to artists’ homes to photograph them, in their personal space, away from the venues we are accustomed to seeing them.

To date, Christopher has featured a new artist profile with creative portrait for over 90 consecutive days and counting.
His subjects come from across musical genres: rock, folk, pop, electronica, country, and include burlesque dancers and visual artists.
